Dog owners at the section of beach at Encounter Bay which is proposed to be off leash 24 hours a day, 12 months a year. With their pets are Hailey, Kate, Alan , Anne, Gill, Moira, Maggie and Edward with pets Zoe, Daisy, Eddie, Bert, Neo and Zac.
